FOOD FIRST APPROACH

Whether you are vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, or follow any other dietary preference, my coaching is built around a Food-First Approach. This means prioritizing whole, nutrient-dense foods to drive real, sustainable results without unnecessary reliance on supplements.

That said, supplements are not inherently bad. I personally use a few and recommend them to clients when there is a clear, specific need. However, they are meant to fill gaps, not replace the foundation. Whole foods provide a broader spectrum of nutrients, better satiety, and long-term health benefits that supplements simply cannot replicate.

Once you begin to see progress by improving your daily eating habits, you will truly understand the value of the Food First Approach and how powerful proper nutrition can be.
